We do the calibrations at your shop. We bring our equipment and expertise to where the vehicle is for your convenience. Our state of the art AUTEL equipment is designed to be mobile and our practices are designed around your needs.
Our technicians will provide dispatch with a work order list of what was completed on the vehicle by VIN and an electronic invoice with digital payment processing will be sent for your convenience. We do not charge for incomplete system calibrations.

We need a level indoor space to safely and accurately perform the calibrations. Some calibrations require more or different space requirements than others. 88% of all ADAS Calibrations can be performed in a conventional 30’ x 16’ repair shop bay by repositioning the vehicle. 98% of All ADAS Calibrations can be performed within a 34’ x 24’ area by repositioning the vehicle. We do not need a lift.
The vehicle needs to be aligned prior to ADAS calibration as per OEM specifications. Calibrating a vehicle without first performing an alignment can cause the equipped ADAS systems to not work as intended. The alignment can be performed by any capable alignment shop. Our AUTEL calibration tools will check for a valid alignment prior to allowing the vehicle to enter calibration mode.
As per OEM requirements the vehicle must be calibrated with a full tank of gas to ensure it is weighted properly. The calibration procedure will not proceed otherwise.
The vehicle must be relatively clean. Dirt and debris can interfere with the proper functionality of various sensors on the vehicle.
Access to standard 120VAC power outlets is also a requirement.

Our AUTEL equipment generates a full precheck report and post calibration report with extreme levels of detail. The precheck scans the vehicle for all faults. The post calibration report ensures that all faults have been rectified and the vehicle is safe to return to the customer.

There is no true simple answer. Most vehicles will require multiple sensors to be calibrated post collision repair. A conservative rule of thumb is to expect a technician to take up to 2 hours to fully and safely calibrate a vehicle post collision repair.
The biggest time commitment is proper setup of the machine and the alignment precheck. The calibrations may not take this long but it is critical not to rush the calibration of these safety systems. Individual sensor calibrations can take less time, but a large chunk of calibration time is spatially syncing up the vehicle correctly with the AUTEL system.
